ServerSnug offers flexible subscription plans to suit different needs, from small-scale users to larger operations. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a leading payment platform that ensures your financial data is handled with the highest standards of security and compliance. This section covers how to subscribe, manage your plan, and handle billing-related tasks.
As you register to our services, you are placed on our `Free` plan, which entails a limited number of updates and IP checks. You can use this plan for evaluation purposes. In addition to the Free plan, there are paid plans suited for increasing requirements. The list of plans is detailed on the website pages.
If you wish to access our paid plans, from your `Profile` section you can click on button to choose the plan that matches your update volume requirements. Once you click on the button, a new page will list the available plans and their cost. You can select the plan you prefer by clicking on the shown on the plan. The button will be disabled () for your current plan.
A free trial is avaiable with any paid plan, for new subscribers.
Paid subscriptions are offered on monthly or yearly billing cycle. Automatic renewal occurs unless cancelled. All plans may be cancelled before the renewal date: when cancelled, a plan expires at the end of its billing period.
We may occasionally offer one or more free versions of paid plans (Free Tier, i.e. Basic FREE, Advanced FREE, etc). These plans are for a limited time only, and revert to the Free plan upon expiration. When multiple Free Tiers are available, you will be able to switch from one to another or move back to the base Free plan upon cancellation. You can subscribe to a paid plan when available during the duration of your Free Tier plan, to continue access to selected daily limits. Subscription to a paid plan includes a customary free trial period for new subscribers.
